2 tbsp STAGS K Dawg Rub

Score
Use a knife to lightly score the top of the cream cheese in a crosshatch pattern. -
Season
Coat all sides generously with K Dawg Rub. -
Smoke
Place the cream cheese on your smoker at 250°F. Smoke for at least 1 hour, until softened and slightly golden. -
Finish & Serve
Drizzle or cover with Bonnie Rae’s Peachy Verde, then enjoy warm with your favorite crackers or chips.
